I am having nokia N-73 hanset which i have been using from the past 6 months,now it is showing that the phone memory is full and i am unable to send and receive messages..The problem is that when i check the phone memory status it is showing the following attribute:
Memory In use:44MB
Free Memory:169 KB
Calender:407B
Contacts:63KB
Messages:182KB
images:0,Sound Clip:0VideoClip:0,Documents :180Band Application:0.
So im not getting how the memory usage it is showing 44MB,the above mentioned documents are not taking even 1MB.
Every time it is showing a pop up for not enough memory,plz delete some data.

Actually the problem is because your SMS/MMS inbox is full.
Over the last six months you have piled plenty of messages in your inbox that you didnt delete. or you may have MP3's shared via bluetooth in your inbox.
Try saving them to you memory card and delete them from your inbox.
You will not receive this message anymore.

Apart from this, there are some handy tips if the above mentioned doesnt solve your problem.
u can clean out stuff from the phone memory = C-drive (e.g., move all photos, music, audio files from there to the memory card, the E-drive).
You can also uninstall any apps you've installed in phone memory, and reinstall them on the memory card.
And it is also possible in "Messaging" to change the "Memory in use" from phone memory to the memory card.

Sir, From tommorow i have deleted more than 250 messages but even after deleting i am getting the same message again and again,previously i used to store more than 500 messages but now i have reduces it to 250 and i think that the memory is enough to accomodate that much amouont of mssage.Also i would like to confirm that there is no sms that come via the bluetooth while transferring the songs and the videos, i delete them instantly.So i find it something else..
