I had the same problem. The hinge pin on the dispensing door was rusted and this kept the door from closing completly. The door sensor magnet was not making contact with the door sensor and this caused the error. I removed the pin, sanded it down and it before reinstalling. It works fine now.

There are child lock switches to the right of each dispensor row. These switches must be in the up (off) position to dispense that row. Make sure the short wiring harness (from door to unit) on the lower left is firmly seated at both ends.
What do the LED indicators do when a product selection button is dispensed? If the door is opened, then closed, will a single can dispense?
