I got panasonic pv-gs19 and when i try to transfer my video to my pc it does not support my pc, i got only voice not my movie. i can't understand. please help me out. thanks
Did you insalled to your computer the software CD comes with the camera? In case of a positive answer- Check if the software support your OS.

I have a PV-GS19, but I don't have my instruction manual or the cd that came with the camera. I am trying to transfer my video to my pc and it won't let me. What should I do to make this happen?
