You need a Windows Vista installation CD plus the product installation code.
Then boot up with the Windows Vista CD and follow the install instructions.

put the key in trun it on do not try and start it just trun it on. leave it on of 20 min.s then trun key off and try to start this should reset the computor.

You need the DM repair kit called the V21 / v19 DM repair kit which contains the parts and step by stepp instructions with pictures to repair the most likely cuase for that symptom, and its less than a service manual cost and they include the service manual for free as a bonus on the instructional CD.
