I found two different drivers. There's a generic Motorola driver that should work with all Motorola devices. Or you could download the RAZR V3 driver only. Your choice. Here are the links:
You need to download motorola drivers from the motorola website. I had the same problem with my v3 but after i downloaded the drivers it was fixed. If you google search your fone you should be able to find the drivers or go the the motorola website.
