SOURCE: klh r7000 no sound

Like I wrote, I had a similar problem with popping and then no audio for an extended period of time. I found the solution on another site, http://dexsoft.com/blog/?p=15

Apparently the solder joints are weak, and just as the blog described when I opened up the receiver I saw the same scorch marks from overheating. Just as the blog described, I added solder to each of the joints in the photo and have had no problem ever since.

I am no solder expert, this is my 2nd time, but all I did is build up each of the joints and I have been listening to music, playing movies in surround sound with no problems, no popping for the last 2 weeks.

Program the klh r7000 remote

With the unit disconnected, remove the top cover to reveal the fuse, which is located near the large capacitors, diodes, and power transformer netgear r7000 speeds supports both 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz wireless frequencies, . I believe the issue with your receiver is more serious than a blown fuse. Check for a short circuit before replacing the fuse. If there is a short circuit, especially in the power amp section (which is frequent to fail), replacing the fuse without testing it may make the situation worse.

I own a KLH R7000 receiver and need to know what kinda fuse i need to replace mine? thanks for your help.

Take the top cover off with the unit unplugged, you will see the fuse just beside the big capacitors, diodes and the power transformer(and fuse current rating is written on the board) . The problem with your receiver is worse than a fuse I suspect. So, before replacing the fuse check for short circuit. If there is a short circuit specially power amp section(which is common to fail) the problem might get worse when you rplace the fuse without checking it. :)

Att uverse remote won't turn on yamaha reciever

Do an automatic search for your code.
  1. Turn on the device you wish to program
  2. Point the remote control at the device
  3. Press and hold the mode key (i.e. tv, dvd or aux) you want to program
  4. Without releasing the selected mode key, press and hold the OK key simultaneously
  5. Release both the mode key and the OK key -All the modes keys will flash twice indicating programming mode
  6. Enter 922 by pressing the number keys on the remote control -The selected mode key will flash twice indicating correct entry (for anything other than AUX go to step 7, for the AUX mode searching only, press and release the play key then press 1 for VCR 2 for Receiver/Tuner 3 for Amplifier or 4 for Home Theater In The Box (HTIB) - The AUX mode keys will flash twice indicating correct entry)
  7. Press and release the PLAY key, every time you do this, autoserach will try a different code, continue to do this until your device turns off. (if you weren't paying attention and you miss it, the REW key can be used to go back through the codes one at a time, and the ff key can be utilized to move forward through the codes one at a time.)
  8. To save the code press the ENTER key (below the number 9) then press the exit to return to normal operations. (the selected mode key should flash three times
  9. Turn you device on by selecting the appropriate mode and power.
