Every time i try to create my avatar on facebook, all i get is a white blank page, it says it has loaded in, ive tried changing my secure loading to un secure and ive tried logging out and logging back into my facebook account.

some times firewall and antivirus software can interfere with loading into Facebook games. Many games that use Flash (such as FarmVille, PetVille, and most other games on Facebook) require you to have certain ports open at all times for sending and receiving data.
Problem may also occur with browsers. some games will be designed for certain browsers. Always try to use firefox or chrome.
It's always a good idea to clear cookies as well, because this stores login information for various sites. Clearing your cookies allows the game to create a new one when you try to load in, which will help if you have stale data being stored.
If the game you are playing requires Adobe Flash, you may need to update to the latest version.

The problem is on their end, not yours. Their server is probably busy when you try to load the page, so the connection times out. Just wait a few minute and refresh the page.

hi, i'm trying to log in as well, but my page looks like its loading and screen stays blank, if and when it does load it says 2 items left to download and sit there doing nothing

You shouldn't be accessing facebook through HTTPS. Try adding facebook to your trusted zones by clicking "Tools", "Internet Options", select the "Security" tab, click on "Trusted Sites" with the green check mark, type in "*.facebook.com" without the quotes and uncheck the box toward the bottom of the dialog. Now click add and you should see *.facebook.com in the list. Click "Close". Now click on the "Privacy" tab, and move the slider down to "Accept all cookies" Click "Apply" then "OK". Try facebook again.
