This process is not considered downloading but transfer, because you already have the music downloaded to your computer. You will need either Bluetooth or cable connections to connect your phone to your computer in order to make the transfer Bluetooth needs no cables but a little slower than cable connections. Connect your phone to your computer using the phone cable. or pair the computer Bluetooth with the phones Bluetooth this is easy if you already have Bluetooth on your computer such as if you use wireless keyboards and mouse, after select the songs you like to transfer and send them to a specific folder on your phone.
if your laptop has bluetooth technology you can use your laptop as a cellphone and easily transfer any type of data. and if your laptop haven't got that you should connect your phone to your laptop via cable or using a memory reader hub and external memory of your phone or conjoin a bluetooth Flash Drive to your laptop in order to transfer data from your phone or laptop to each other. if this was useful, please vote.
Not sure if you meant photo album or music album??? Here is the steps for both, music first:
Transfer music from a computer You can use the following methods to transfer music: ● To install Nokia Music to manage and organise your music files, download the PC software from www.music.nokia.com/download, and follow the instructions. ● To view your device on a computer as a mass memory device where you can transfer any data files, make the connection with a compatible USB data cable or Bluetooth connectivity. If you are using a USB data cable, select Mass storage as the connection mode. ● To synchronise music with Windows Media Player, connect a compatible USB data cable, and select Media transfer as the connection mode. To change the default USB connection mode, select Menu > Settings and Connectivity > USB > USB connection mode.
This works for music, photos, or video: Select Menu > Settings and Connectivity > USB. To have the device ask the purpose of the connection each time a compatible data cable is connected, select Ask on connection > Yes. If the Ask on connection option is turned off or you want to change the mode during an active connection, select USB connection mode and from the following: ● PC Suite — Use Nokia PC applications such as Nokia Ovi Suite, and Nokia Software Updater. ● Mass storage — Transfer data between your device and a compatible PC. ● Image transfer — Print images with a compatible printer. ● Media transfer — Synchronise music with Nokia Music or Windows Media Player.

The great thing about the 6300 is that you can connect your phone direct to any PC via USB cable or Bluetooth if you have the software on your computer and also use Bluetooth between your friend's phones in the vicinity of yourself, to transfer music/pictures etc on to your phone. You may not even need the software (Nokia PC Suite)...as it sometimes just comes up as Nokia Phone Browser in MyComputer on PCs. Just connect the cable, select Nokia mode, and transfer whatever you like to either your phone or the Memory Card that the 6300's should come equipped with. You can shorten the Mp3 files if you don't want quite so long Ring or Message tones using music editing software. Hope that helps :)
