Bad rattle in my washing machine and subsequent nondrainage

This is the second time this has happened. The first time I hired someone to fix it. A coin somehow got stuck in the operating mechanism of the machine, and so it rattles something awful when it runs. And it's stopped draining or working. Somehow the coin also is breaking the system. I just want to get the coin out, but am wondering the best way to take apart the machine.

SOURCE: Whirlpool Duet Sport Washer will not drain - F-21 error

Perfect! Yes, they aer 1/4" 6pt screws. I didn't have to lift my washer, but the previous tech had put in 1 screw crooked, so that was FUN! I had cut out an opening on an old cracked tote and was able to hold all the water as long as I transferred some to a bunch of tupperware. Make sure you line up the upper mark on the white drain plug before putting back in. The tote was getting overloaded and I didn't notice the alignment marks until after having some water overflow. Just a heads-up if anyone has an emergency and HAS to get the plug back in in a hurry.

I found:
Wife's Victoria's Secret panties
2 dimes
4 pennies
some legos
a metal nut
pencil eraser
wall anchor
some legos

SOURCE: LG WM-2277HB washer does not drain and make rattling noise.

You will need to replace the drain pump motor. The pump impeller has separated from the motor shaft. You can push it back on, but it will just come off again. I have not tried adding adhesive because I didn't want a call back. That may work if you want to try it. To replace pump motor:
Take the rectangular recess out by using a putty knife on the left or right side, Remove phillips screws mounting pump. Pull machine forward about two feet to allow you to tilt the machine back to lean it against the wall. Reach under to access the pump. It is held in place by a plastic tab you can depress to remove, but if you break the tab, don't worry, as the mounting screws will hold your pump in place just fine when reinstalled. Remove pump by disconnecting hoses and electrical plug. Change out pump motor (three phillips head screws)

SOURCE: Squeaking/grinding/rattle noise during wash and spin

That sounds like a clutch problem - probably just worn and need replacement. Will definitely need to pull to find exact fault.

SOURCE: f-21 error, washer not draining

I have had this code three separate times. The first time service man came and cleaned out the filter. This is behind the lower front panel and can be removed by hand. The cartridge style filter is located at the pump in the lower right of the unit. Have something available to catch the draining water as you loosen the filter. The second time I received this code I found a blockage in the drain hose at its bend. The third time no hose blockage, no filter clogging, but the pump impeller was jammed by an elastic strap that had made it through the filter. I removed it through the supply side of the pump seen after filter is removed.

I have Gorenje washing machine and whenever I try to navigate to some program, it beeps continuously

Try this reset procedure, but it sounds like an alarm situation.

How do I reset my Gorenje washing machine?
Upon start-up or during pause, the button backlight will flash; when the programme is started and in progress, it will be lit continuously. Use this button to turn the washing machine on and off, and to reset the washing programme. lighting Press the positions 7+10 and hold them for 3 seconds.

SOUNDS LIKE JET PLANE WHEN IT GETS BY RINSE AN SPIN TIME

I assume you mean it sounds like a jet plane when it spins, if so, I suspect a bad tub bearing. Depending on age of the machine, probably too expensive to repair.

Rust stains

Did this just start. I repair these all day long and have for years and I have yet to see this be the scenario. If you are on city water and this just started happening, you have a bad tub bearing. If I'm correct, what you are seeing on your clothes is grease from the bearing. I agree that it looks like rust but I don't think it is. If they are correct, it's funny how it just started happening. Iron would have be in your water all the time, not just lately while washing clothes. Before you spend all that money putting a high dollar filter system on your water. Please have a service technician check this out for you. You might want to coincide buying a new washer, this way you don't have to pay the tech, the filter installer or the filter system.
