I had to read web pages in Hindi to find this. ask Renault for he engine manual (service) a win.
specs, books and parts are all based on that we can't just guess. it. not possible all we can do is beg. endlessly. that clearance spec is for hot and cold engine. both. buy the service manual ? yet/ an not ask facts at every service point on the car forever>? year 2015 to present says wiki,. i guess you meant it has a (DOHC 4 valve head x3) 2 size engines: 799 cc and made by NISSAN, best I can tell. 999 cc Petrol: 799 cc BR08DE I3 999 cc BR10DE I3 wiki does not cover those 2 engines.
sold in India,UK and S.AFRICa none here is USA or Id paste all steps to check and cure wrong valve LASH.

but here goes (gleaned by me max www web searched)
DOHC engines have to tappets. (a push rod name that) some do have shims or mini lifters. the cams sits in a cam rack over each banks of valves. no rockers, no tappet, no HLA,. direct DOHC cams. 1Liter bingo bucket lifted. seen here, sorry no tappets (1960s name) Yes lash matters on all engines lacking HLA's
video :how odd all those hands and not one used a feeler gauge to check lash, to be in spec,. they are not HLAs' if was HLA's head have primed them with engine oil first. (HLA= Hydraulic lash adjusters)
if the clearance is wrong here, ask maker Renault for a cure.(in there manual)
the Valve stem clearance changes only as valves fail and have valve to seat recession, and on some cars the buckets have shins inside that come an many sizes. ONLY THE SERVICE MANUAL tell that.

the whole long sordid story; by me.. 2001 JEEP Grand Cherokee, 4.7L, WJ model. (the full long post) (here is my take on this subject, history and possible tests , least cash flow?)
runs bad. after SUGAR SABATOGE.(right?) Someone put sugar in the fuel tank (or something bad....) (my guess is injectors are clogged but lets prove that.? I would have flushed tank, lines and had injector pro cleaned with Ultrsonic back flush machine about $20/inj)
ENGINE SURGED ! BEFORE!
1st guess..(fact) so we replace the filter/reg deal with autozoned, "durajunk" IMO ! I try CRC spray test fuel now, and it fails! (op used carb cleaner, some don't burn good! or at all)
well, it's not fueling issues is it! with real spray fuel (here)(its bad spark or bad engine) I don't want to pay for house call tech/mech , nor tow my car to an ASE shop. so........
I complete the tuneup, new spark plugs, and cop boots, and all filters. (air filter next) if not new spark plugs, now, and not new 8 boots on all on to old 8 cops, why go farther???? gas don't burn with bad spark, ever. Mr, Otto Cycle , laws in effect here.
(future) 1: I check spark next ( using my $20 timing light) it fails, misfires and acts odd. on all cylinders. hits or misses... or timing is way OFF ! bingo ! 2: I dont have a scan tool, so can't see cmp/ckp or ignitor fail. so i start guessing again and replace them all.... (oops IMMO is active) (immo is SKIM or SKIS immobilizer) all 1 by one, and fail.
3: I finally give up and rent a scan tool , CMP fails. ( find a wire a bit far from sensor cut)
or 1: spark looks ok, but test fuel fails I use 5% throttle (r.foot) and still will not run for 3 seconds JEEP RULES (Law) (jeeps cut fuel if PCM sees errors, after 3
sec)(scan tool never fails to say WHY, as ASD relay DROPS)"automatic shut down "relay, watch it yet? my added air fails to get a 3 second run, so i remove air cleaner, ah it's new but there birds nest here. Bingo 2. no , not bird nest this time but I do look every time (rat,packrat, whatever they eat plastic too) Or more sabotage? A mech would look to see if all parts are clear of more sabotage... or infestations.
2: added air fails. so i then check vacuum cranking ( a $20 tool again) and is 0 and the CAT is melted . BING3: rendering the engine useless, as it can no longer pump air. , now i get 5 inches HG vacuum cranking (about) (ok vacuum is ok cranking) and still dont start.
3: so i do the compression tests (x8) next (really this is a first things test, because EFI cant run dead engines.) (examples...) i get 80PSI on all cyl. the cam chains(x3) slipped (4.7L). or 0, 150, 152, and same on others(of 8), #1 is dead. 4: OK now compression is good. 150+ (or i forgot to use w.o.t cranking and its operator-error. and very low pressures x8) 5: so I rent the scan tool a nice Innova 3160 and it shows spark bad. 3 ways. or shows all is perfect but will not run the injectors are clogged with sugar. The PCM cant see injector clogged and report that the PCM fires the injectors and hope it works. fuel pressure at spec. 50psi.
6: The reason test fuel failed, is because you used, carb cleaner, there is no guarantee it burns. or works for the wrong usage. and in fact changes formula's to reduces smog and reduces accidents for fires. so... use the RIGHT STUFF?
7: So my scan tool shows (live data) that all sensors work, the MAP, CMP, CKP and tacho signals, and RPM cranking for 5 seconds, so the injectors are clogged, and test fuel (real in a can) works. for 3 sec.
that is the long way to do this. (not mine, i use the correct tools, in the right order, if possible)
for sure get test fuel (real) working FIRST even if you must remove the fuel pump relay .. after all a jammed open injector can leak, and flood cylinder 1 to 8. are all flooding, are all spark tips or 1 soaked in fuel> that too is a FREE TEST. The spark plug tips warn you of flooding,x8

you said you scanned, it, but i bet you didnt do it with engine not dead, and for 5 full seconds cranking!, and Real scanner has LIVE data. so what did all sensors read, live, scanned with streaming data. ???? i bet you didnt do that and only used, some cheap code reader . full scan tool, do not equal cheap code readers. ever.
but the code reader can work,say the CMP is dead and you get P03xx codes for it. (5sec. cranked) not withstanding that... and point 2, if the PCM sees those 8 error i mentioned, the PCM cuts fuel. (to prevent crash and burn as seen on TV)by law. That fact alone, you need to watch the ASD relay. if it drops out cranking BINGO , the PCM DID THAT ON PURPOSE< FOR A FACT ! and the scan tool tells you the 8 reasons why every time.
so, we land back a using a real scan tool.
you don't have spark! or its timed wrong (check spark timing yet?) using a real timing light?????? or the engine is flooding , you said it's dry but is it x8 drY? or is bad engine, say the cam chain glide blew out and compression is not good. (weak) that is all ways from Sunday, enjoy.. If i was there, id see you do a step wrong and go, bla bla.
EG: Wrong instant spray can used, (carb clearer BAH) failed to watch ASD relay? failed to check spark on all 8 cyl.? failed to check timing on #1 But it has 2 cams. so....... yes, both must work and be timed right. so i check spark time on both banks. 1 and 3 banks
