Unplug Wii Power.

Plug back the console power, start back and press repeatedly the start button while the console is starting. Before the laser lens starts reading.

If that does not work, then there is need to disassemble the Wii, in that case call Nintendo first.

SOURCE: My nephew got a game cube disc stuck into our wii console...any suggestions on how to get it out??

I might try holding the deck in the right position (as it would sit on table) and tap it till i thought the disk was at the bottom for sure...then take a a icecream stick and inserting it at the top all the way in (so you can still grip it well) swing it 45 degrees downward and just try to roll it out....good luck....also if you thing you need to dissemble it to retrieve the small disk....search WII MOD CHIPS on youtube ...there are many vids on how to take it apart.

The mechanical components in the CD drive are stripped, you will have to submit for a warranty repair.

Wii Keeps rejecting game disc

I would suggest simply returning the disc to the retailer. It is very possible that there is nothing wrong with the wii but the disc is bad. If the disc works for the retailer or you get an exchange and have the same problem, it may suggest the drive in the wii is faulty. This should be covered under warranty and even if the machine is over a year old, shouting loud enough may convince Nintendo to fix it FOC. Call for a warranty claim and see how you get on.

Disc will not eject

your problem seems to be a failure in the Slot load Tray. it seems that the mechanism which assists in ejecting the Disc could require repairing/replacing.

i would suggest getting in touch with Nintendo customer services about this issue due to it being an internal hardware fault !

hope this helps ?!
