This Link
seems to provide the best thorough approach to getting those drivers installed & working.
However, someone claims, on this forum page(last post on the page) that all you need to do is use the "windows online driver search" function, and it will handle all of the messy work of locating, downloading & installing.
I hope that helps.

usually this is happening when the cpu temperature is getting to the max..(cause of forced to the max of capacity ..) and the blue screen with the memory dumping kicks in and restart ..
first check the BIOS settings not to have a temperature limit set for the cpu ...and to do that just get to bios by pressing F2 on start (or del ) and in there look for optimal factory defaults..and engage them ...If you look around it is a feature with this name ..the function key is different from a model to another..) after engaging it ..just press F10 to save the settings and confirm with enter to restart ..
If it still makes the issue ..than the operation system and one of the programs running on it ..have a compatibility issue and you have to either eliminate the program ...(usually is the usage of a free antivirus ..on a recent operation system ..like Vista or windows 7 ...and eliminating the antivirus and installing one from Microsoft may fix it ..o r...just roll back to an earlier operating system ..for example from windows 7 to Vista or XP ...cause it is not supported well by your system and makes it block itself.. I sow this problem a lot of times ..and I usually reinstall the operation system and install a windows XP ..and it is well tolerated with all the programs and such ..
To do so you will need a CD with a boot-able OS ..and the drivers for it ..for the devices..(at least the lan card driver to connect it to the net and seek the others after ) ..
here are some guidance for the installing process...
http://www.wikihow.com/Install-Windows-XP it has a video too on the bottom and it is very accurate ..
installation for Vista is much simpler and all you have to do is to get yourself a dvd with the operation system (boot-able 0 and start the computer with the dvd in ...and also confirm by pressing any key the boot from cd ..and follow the tips ...It will almost install itself ..
