Here is the solution for your problem. If you look at your camera at an angle, you will see the zoom lens is little bent to the side. I want you to put press on it to snap-it into it's place. After you heard a click, then turn-on your camera. This will fix your cam.

I631 error message

The best I have figured for it was to turn it off then back on... however there has been one time I lost quite a few pictures because every time i turned it on it said card error... The other solution that has worked for me a few times was formatting the card so instead of every other time it saying card error it took it a few times before it started popping up again..

I have the same camera and the same problem, if you use lithium batteries it keeps the charge longer because regular batteries aren't strong enough. Hope that helps you! :)

Polaroid i631 digital camera

Daughter received camera as Christmas gift. Camera beeps three times and does nothing. I guess this camera is only good until the warranty runs out, 90 days. We have tried several new batteries and the expensive rechargeable type also. VERY UNHAPPY!!!!!
