Drm won't install in rhapsody

Rhapsody will not work on an iPhone unless you jailbreak (which is not advisable). Apple wants you to use iPhone. You can use music you bought from Rhapsody and import it to your iTunes and then sync.
I used to work for Apple Tech Support.

The screen says" rebuilding the library, please wait"

Rhapsody (if that's the program you're using) uses a database file to store your library information on your computer (locally). Every time you sign into Rhapsody, this database must synchronize its contents with the Rhapsody servers. Sometimes your local Rhapsody database goes out of sync with the main Rhapsody servers, causing trouble with your library or playlists.

If Rhapsody is unable to resynchronize, you may get this error message. This error can also be caused by local database corruption or security settings blocking the connection to the server. To resolve this issue:

1. First, close Rhapsody, then re-open it and try again.
2. Try resetting your Internet Explorer privacy / security settings for Rhapsody
3. If that doesn't work, try resynchronizing Rhapsody with the server running a simple tool called dbclient
To run the dbclient:
Open My Computer.
  1. In the C: drive, browse to Program Files.
  2. Open the Rhapsody program file folder usually named 'Rhapsody'.
  3. Double-click the dbclient program in this folder (Vista users: right-click dbclient and select Run As Administrator).
  4. When the Success dialog box appears, click OK.
  5. Start Rhapsody and sign back in.
Let me know if this works
Hope this will FixYa problem

Insignia NS-8V24 Rhapsody problem

burn the music you PAID for to a cd then rip it back to the system and use Windows Media Player 11 to sync the files to the device (only works if you have a burn feature in rhapsody)

Windows Media Player will see it all the time and is more compatible then Rhapsody with the device

NEED HELP!!! Rhapsody Software Download Problem

Okay...MacAffee is causing problems with your connection and with the download/update. You will need to right click on the MacAffee icon in the system tray (bottom right of the screen) and open the program to turn it off (or just quit the program). Also make sure your firewall is down when doing this.

Re-install BBDMS (aka Rhapsody), and allow the update to happen. Once this is complete (assuming that MacAffee is the only anti-virus software running) launch the program, connect your MP3 player, and "authorize" the player on your computer.

This should take care of the problem.

I would also recomend a different anti-virus and firewall program. AVG isn't as invasive, and PCTools firewall will allow you to configure what programs are allowed to use the internet.

Sansa e260...bad software

Ok, so I feel like an idiot....
The software did in fact get downloaded....the problem was me...(of course!)
I went to Settings on my mp3 player and went to Mode and somehow it had gotten switched from Rhapsody to the PlaysForSure mode. In the PlaysForSure mode it acts like a "normal" mp3 player and will not sync with Rhapsody....so my Rhapsody software wasn't needed in this mode. After I switched it to the Rhapsody mode everything worked like it was supposed to with my mp3 player.
The Sansa Sandisk e260r is a great little mp3 player. Everytime I've had problems with it...it's been me not understanding it.
Thanks!

Sansa e250 sync and rhapsody -- ugh

the Walmart songs should be usable, but the old Rhapsody songs will have to be reloaded, or your Rhapsody sub will have to be renewed.
