I had the same question. By sheer luck, when trying to adjust the time, I accidentally discovered that by pressing and holding the "Up" button, the time changed from 24 hour to 12 hour display. Hope that works for you, too!
I have the instructions that came with the clock. But scanned document is too big to up load on FixYa. The document is a little over 3MB, but exceeds FixYa allowable upload.So send me your email or fax number and I will forward.
