There is a spring loaded pin holding the strap into the watch slot on both sides. You can use the sharp edge of a butter knife to carefully push one of the pin into it's barrel and then the entire pin will come out so you can replace the band. If you want someone to do it for you just go to the jewelry counter of any walmart or kmart and they will show you and proobably do it for you.
