You may want to contact WD' website. I don't know of anywhere you can get just the logic board.

the above link will take you to the best support. Personally I might acquire the same model and swap out the hard drive but Seagate offers a wide variety of data recovery as well. Some drives came with warrantied data recovery

If there is a bios chip on the board, heat it to remove it and change it with the bios chip on the new board.

You have a bad power supply. You can probably get a new adapter for it.

Nope, even on swapping hard drive board with same spec(size, board version) doesn't guarantee success.

Consider how the hard drive is construct on different brand. Initialization, disc number and many things.

It maybe, if it is same spec like size, brand, board version and model batch.
