I have the same problem. When I make a call or receive a call, I cannot hear anything from the Motorola H700 headset. And yes I can see the "headset" sign on my phone...this is an indication that my headset is still paired with my phone. Can you assist me?

I pair the headset but do not get connected when i open the boom. this is on my Blackberry 8100.

It works perfecly with my Motorola Pebl.

My H700 worked perfectly, until I tried to turn up the volumn. Since then I have no sounds at all, except the beeps on the ear set. Everything is still working on the phone. Example, when I tap the ear piece phone button, you hear the beep, after which it use to say, "say a command". It shows that on the phone, but that is it. If it connects to the a phone, and you answer that phone you can hear nothing. Anyone know what's going on? I am assuming the mute is still on, but can not get it off?

My headset used to work just fine until I dropped it. Since then, I can hear the phone ring and can answer it. But...I don't hear anything from it anymore.

Is the headset paired and connected to your phone? Is bluetooth turned on in your phone? Look for the bluetooth icon on top of your phone's screen. Let me know what model phone you have and I can help you troubleshoot.

Static and cant hear on the phone

Plug in a headset to the phone. Does the call sound normal with the headset? If so, you may have a bad speaker on the phone.

Cant hear anything when I make a call

The phone may be in headset mode. If you can hear sounds through the headset but cannot hear sounds from the earpiece on the phone, it's in headset mode. Power down the phone and restart it. Otherwise no sound from the earpiece mean a bad earpiece.

Madcatz 8860 BT headset is paired with my PS3 but i cant hear anything and i cant speak to anybody

Your headset powers on muted and inactive by default. After it powers on, hit the power button once, dont hold it, just press it. you'll hear 2 beeps then a higher tone. Your headset is now active.

I cant hear anything

if youve used a headset that plugs into your headset area visit this page for my solution that should work: http://www.fixya.com/PostAnswer.aspx?thid=1765391&prdid=914132, but not guaranteed, if youve never used a headset before then just be patient until another person can solve your problem. hope i could be of assistance.
