Foult code 010-348 pleas solve this problem
Remove fuser and let cool.
If device has fault with this code more than 3 times you will need to order and MCU board.

The fuser exit switch sees something in the fuser. The exit switch is stuck . there is actually a piece of paper in the fuser.
Or the switch fell out of the slot.
You can just losten the two thumb screws on the fuser , remove the fuser and check it out.

common setting
NVM read Write and
put the code 744-003
if it is showing value 1
then enter it to 0
press save and close

Thanks I have replaced fuser and left machine a few days, still displays same fault code. Is there a way to clear the code using the control panel?
