SOURCE: amlio li 2727 notebook adding to wireless network
find out first if your comp is wireless capable, then if it is, see if your wireless network is locked. for what ever wireless you are using you can go to the website and see if there is a way to get your passkey info. once you have that info then you should be able to add you comp. however if your comp isnt wireless capable then you will net a wireless card, pref. the same name as your wireless router.

SOURCE: My asus n61j won't connect to the Internet using internal adapter
Hi there, I just bought a new Asus NJ series, and all of a sudden my wireless dissapeared! I FOUND THE SULOTION, well, I hope it works for you. Look on the left side of your laptop, right at the front left side is a switch/button. I think I accidentally switched it of, but now everything is working fine!
Go to Device Manager and see if the network adapter is x'ed out. If it is, enable the adapter in Device Manager.
go to BIOS and set priority boot device to USB if you need to boot from USB
Need
driver and bios updates?
Always
get your drivers and specific software from the manufacturer of your
Laptop, Notebook or Desktop. They are usually free of charge.
If you were to log on to the asus.com
web
site,
usually one is able to download if available, by model
number,
All
available Driver
downloads
as required.
If the driver is not
available, perhaps your manufacturer does not support the OS you are
installing.
This is the best way of ensuring up to
date drivers for your system and they are free of charge!
I hope this helps.
