If this isn't the one your looknig for as you didn't say which wireing diagram theres a stero and so forth

You need to get a diagram and have several switches to run all you need to run, unless this is a" race track" only car. there are wires for Radio, windows, Ignition system, Start, run, ect. Think of al the things that work only with the key on.

Make sure the radio is wired up correctly,if it is then the radio it's self is causeing the problem.One way to find out for sure is to unplug the radio and see if the lights return to normal.

dont even worrie about it just go to walmart or an auto parts and get a wiring harness they are not so expensive
