Trouble sending & receiving comcast email messages Motorola q9m

Sending and receiving messages on Motorola q9m was working fine. All of a sudden, whenever I "send/receive" it won't connect. error says:an error occurred while downloading messages. be certain that you have network coverage and that your account information s correct and then try again. I have deleted and re-added the email account and still no help!

What are the connection setting for mms on the Motorola q9m, what is the port and IP address and what gateway shall i choose when setting up the connections to receive and send picture message. thanks

What service provider are you trying to use the phone with?
If Verizon, this should be by default in the phone's settings. Ensure it is enabled on your plan.
Your Service Provider may be able to push the settings through the network. I don't believe there is an option for MMSC settings on the CDMA phones.

How do i set up my connections to let me have wifi on my motorola q9m wht do i suppose to type in on my connection set area. i dont know the settings.

Jason-

There is no WiFi on the Q9m. As far as your MMS settings. Who is your service provider? If it is Verizon they should already be on your phone. If you have another service provider, you may have to have them send the settings over the air via a network update.

##DATA# might get you into the menu to update but I can't be sure since I don't know what software is currently on the phone.

Comcast e-mail:Can't send or receive mail. No error message, Windows 7.

If I were you, always have a backup email.

its a bore, least you get your email.
the choice is endless. The email is still there, just make sure you enter mail details and pass words . I use gmx as back up. www.gmx.com. New one on the scene.

My comcast remote was working with my Motorola dct700/us box and now suddenly stopped working

Put in new batteries or check that the battery contact points inside the remote are free of rust or acid build-up from leaking batteries.
