Computer does not start

This is an indication of overheating within the PC. Open the PC case and clean all the air vents. Take the heatsink and fan off the CPU and give it them a good clean. Put the heatsink and fan back on to the CPU and start up the PC. check that the fan on the heatsink is running smoothly.
Also, make sure the vents on the power supply are clear and the fan on the power supply runs well.
If you go into the BIOS setup, you may be able to monitor the fan and the CPU temperature.

You need to plug in your CPU fan. The CPU fan is VERY important in that it constantly cools your processor, making sure your computer doesn't over heat. If the computer runs and the fan isn't running, the CPU will over heat and cost you hundreds of dollars.

Hmm, I've never seen a computer give a CPU fan error. Maybe if the fan is really dusty it's clogging it up, try getting some canned air and spraying it out.

As you say has become red and no power to the hard disk.
First check the power cable for any loose connections and check if it give power to the cpu and the fan placed on processor starts working as you start the power. If fan it starts and with in few seconds stops then your power supply/SMPS is weak or damage. So replace it for proper working of your computer. And if after power on all fines but red led on monitor and no power to hard disk Try to replace the hard disk power cables because they are not working because of it no operating system is detected and led of monitor is red. After replacing hard disk cables hard disk starts working and still no display or red led on monitor check the vga cable for loose connection or replace it.If you are using vga display from graphic card try to get display first from onboard vga slot.After it your problem will disappear and your pc run smooth and fine.

That beeping noise may be due to over heating.
Most machines today have a temperature setting that will turn the machine off once the temperature reaches a certain point.
Safety feature to avoid damaging your cpu and components.
The shut down and restarting allows the CPU to cool down briefly.
Thus allowing you to start the machine again. Usually it will shut down again once the temperature threshold is again reached.
Good test is let the machine sit for 30 min. If it immediately starts up and shuts down a few minutes later. Heat build is usually the problem.

Typically this is due to heat sink or Fan on the computer CPU.
Check to be sure both are connected to the CPU and functioning.
If you have a fan on top of the heat sink above the CPU. Make sure it is working correctly. Dust build up over time will eventually kill the fan bearings or reduce airflow. Heat sink can and will become clogged with dust also. Replacement fans are easy to find. Heat sinks are even easier to clean.
Depending on your machine and CPU position replacing the fan can be a challenge. But can be done in a few minutes with minimum tools.

Each bios has different post codes and it is difficult to tell what is happening with out knowing the bios of your particular machine. Listen for the beeps and check your computer manual.

Once you know the beep sequence you can look it up. Usually points to the problem and you can go from there.

If your fan runs and the hard drive spins up, then you have a video card problem.
I'd do this: Disconnect everything inside the case but the CPU, memory, and video. Now try to boot. Also observe the fan on the CPU--does it spin?
If this fails, then your video has probably gone bad. Also--does your computer usually give you a "beep" when it starts up? If so, is it giving you a beep now? If not, you're failing the hardware startup test (POST).
So, your problem may be the video card. If your video is part of the motherboard, then you need to replace the motherboard.

Regarding with this problem, when computer which is shutting down. It is the processor problem they can not reach the temperature. Be sure that the CPU fan is spinning so that it will control the CPU temperature. If the fan is not spinning it will cause overheating. Try to disassemble the unit specifically the CPU. Clean your unit remove the dust, when you assemble back your unit make sure that you will put a thermal paste between the CPU and the CPU heat sink so that the of the CPU will absorbed by the heat sink.

fan always start working when u switch on the laptop, then it stop because it monitor your cpu temprature if CPU temp is blow the level of heating then it stay stop and if it exceed the limit of cooling then fan automatically start to just kick out heat of CPU, so it is normal, but tell me did u get display when fan switch off? let me know

I agree with both of you. As long as you are not experiencing any heat event (shutting down and rebooting) just ignore the error message. If the fan is on and running at a fair speed, you shouldn't have and problems.
Now should you start to have heat problems, don't boot the computer until you have a larger CPU fan in place...and too you may be able to add an additional fan to the system for reassurance. the added noise is worth the security of not having a CPU meltdown.
Those large 120 are very quiet and move air, if you can find a place to hang it.

see the system temprature is cool it happen normally bcoz ho heat see your graphic card fan is working fine and it is not generating more heat. bye
