Question about Canon MP610 Photo All-In-One Printer
I keep trying to scan a piece of film into this printer and I keep getting a response that says...
"Original may not be set correctly"-which it is
"Protective sheet might be put in place"-this might be it as I have no idea what a protective sheet is!
"The lock switch may not be released"- also not sure what they mean here...
"The lamp may not be warmed up"-it's been given plenty of time!
"Scanner driver will be closed"
Has anyone else seen this or have an idea of how to fix this?
Thanks so much
