White screen won't turn off or close

Try pressing the power button and tapping the screen at the same time. Otherwise wait for battery to die and it should be ok when recharged.

My white 9800 does not turn on sometimes. I get a blank screen or a screen that won't change . it shows a 1 but a zero stitch length and width and it won't change setting at all. Sometimes it

could be the motherboard or switch but the sewing machine
needs to be checked for sure

Your screen might be going bad. Try plugging an another monitor and see if it works or has the same problem. If the other monitor works, it's definitely your screen is bad. If the other monitor fails and does the same thing, then the video card in the computer is bad.

I have a 6120 and every time i turn it on all i get is a white screen and nothing else how do i retreve my contact numbers from my phone memory it won,t even conect to my pc dose any one have a solution ??

You are having problem in your LCD just change your phone's LCD and everything will turn back to normal... You can Get LCD from any mobile repairing shop

Top and bottom screens are white

Sorry for the delay. If the dsi won't turn off when you first get the white screens, hold the power button for 8 seconds. The unit should go off. Take the game cartridge out of the unit and inside that cartridge slot, is a reset button. Using a toothpick or something, press it. Turn the unit back on and it should be fine. Hope this helps :D

The PCB Flexible that connects the LCD Screen to the Main PCB is loose connected due to sliding movement. Unscrew the back cover of phone then use prying tool to remove you can see the PCB Flex from there, be sure not to damage the gasket on back cover housing cavity by the Ringer connector when trying to put the cover back, rf antenna signal may be affected.
