It is crucial to understand that Voice Mail is a
service sometimes offered by the telephone
service provider (whom we used to call "the
phone company"). This Voice Mail is totally
separate from the messages we can record &
manage with an Answering Machine System.

Managing the Voice Mail is a function done by
the service provider's methods & procedures
and is not specific to the cordless phone.

Call your telephone service provider and ask them
to explain how to manage their "voice mail features".

You need to export the CallPilot Manager output to a spreadsheet and look at the minutes used column vs. the mailbox size column. You can setup a function for a new column, that looks at the exiting columns to determine if the mail box is full.

The voice mail is a function of your mobile provider. Many can be retrieved. Call your voice mail and listen to the instructions to see if it says how to recover your recently deleted mail.

If you can't get the info from your voice mail box call your provider & see if they can help you.

Don't wait to long or it might be permanently deleted.

really depends on which voicemail you have. I will assume you have the toshiba voicemail. call voicemail, when it answers press * should ask for your user ID enter 999 and use 999997 as sec code or 999. press 8 then 6 and enter time

Many people confuse voice mail with answering machines. Most of the time if you have voicemail that is provided by your phone company you will hear a stuttered dial tone when you pic up the reciever. If this is what you hear you should call the service provider and they will explain how to retreive your messages and delete the old ones. Are you able to listen to you messages?
