Samsum tv un55b8000xfxza was working properly mounted on the wall, took it off the wall and sat if on its base and out of the sudden, the screen is all white like a negative film. The picture lost its colors and faded. took the base off, opened it up touched the film out of the t-con, worked and put it back together and again is all white

make sure that the plug on ps2 is connected and check the settings on tv and the settings on ps2 browser are correct if possible check ps2 on another tv to be sure of it's settings if the ps2 works the check channel setting on tv make sure it's not in pal setting it should be ntsc and also check the antenna setting make sure it might be set to cable and also check cables of any sharp kinks your problem is with the yellow cable red and white is the sound

Lay the TV face down on a flat surface covered with a cloth. Back out all the screws holding the base stand. Hold the back and front against the base shank while tightening all the screws through the base. Make sure they are tight.

yes humidity has been known to make the panel seperate. I live in south tx and work for sony, alot of panels that show that prob is usually the panel seperating. wouldnt recomend to fix to costly around 85% the cost of when you bought it.

Hi there,
We had the same problem, we just wiggled it back and forth, gave it a good tug, and hey presto! We got it out. I'm not sure whether this is the "official" method of doing it, as nothing is mentioned in the instruction manuals.
