My phone wont turn on

Unless its on the charger an when it is on all that comes on is the hello moto sign an it blinks then goes back to it over an over any one have a solution please tell me

It's not the charger, tried it with various other chargers of varying brands and it still did the same thing. tried replacing battery with a brand new one and that didn't work either. So, that rules out two possibilities, yet doesn't solve our and many others' problem with this phone. If it's a boost phone, then just call boost and ask for a replacement, considering it's not overly damaged. 1-877-TLK-MORE

Moto g wont turn on

Try holding down the power key for 30 seconds. You should see a white indicator light blink. If not then plug it into a charger that you know works. If your not using the original charger it may not be getting enough power. You may need to charge it for a couple of hours and then attempt to turn it on while on the charger by holding down the power button for atleast 30 secs or untill it turns on.

your phone is bricked take it back to the store you will get another phone for free probably you probably got a one year warenty so take it back to where you bought it
