I have a Cash Register Casio TK-3200 and I am getting error 15 and is not listed in the error listing.. how do I fix it ??????

Turn key to PGM mode.
0 cash subtotal.
Turn key back to register mode

Casio discontinued support for this machine so I can't find any info for it through them. It looks like it has a different programming structure to the newer models. All I can advise is getting a program manual for the exact model to be sure the program codes are correct. Wrong codes can cause loss of programming. One of the users has one listed so you could try that

This error occurs when you turn the key when you have not completed a sale or x/z reading.

Turn key to last know position hit Subtotal or Cash to complete.

It depends whether you have lost the cash key from the keyboard, or just have a preset programmed to it. Firstly, try this:
Turn key to program mode1 subtotal0 cashsubtotal
Now try it.

Hi.
Try a flag clear:

Turn key to PROGRAM mode.
Turn power off at wall.
Hold RECEIPT FEED down - keep your finger on it.
Turn power on at wall.
Wait 5 seconds, then let go of RECEIPT FEED.
You should see "FFFFFFFFFF" on display.
Press SUBTOTAL.

Now turn key back REG mode and try it.
