Hi
H20 on these washers is a filling problem.
What you need to do is make sure the water supply tap is turned on the hose at the back isnt kinked up.
Take the fill hose off and aim it into a bucket and make sure the water pressure is good.
If thats all ok then you will need a multimeter and test the coils on the water valve and if faulty the valve will need to be replaced.
Check them and see what you find.
But the H20 error code is a water filling problem.

This sounds like the min bearings have gone, open the door and see if there is any play up and down on the drum. if so its the bearing if not it could be something that has fallen from a pocket and got stuck between the metal clothes drum and the oute drum casing. a take apart job i am afraid for both issues.

First of all try cleaning the filter inside the back as described by others if this does not work there is a filter in the top. how you clean this is quite easy. all you do is remove the top of the machine by undoing the 2 screws at the back then pull top top backwards when you have removed the top you well see a large metal casing on the left if you are looking from the the back of the machine the filter is in there to remove the casing you pull the small pipe off then undo 5 star headed screws then gently pull the casing off noteing that there is a large pipe at the front when you have remover the casing you will see the filter (the small pipe you removed at the start fits on this filter) clean the filter then put it all back together.

To get out of it you need to press start, the display should go daft. Press start again and the display should settle down. Now press the on/off button and the start button at the same time and hold them down for a few seconds until the display shows d-end or d-off.
