Ok, if you are talking about the phone security code which was usually asked when the phone has been restarted, here is how we fix this.

Forgot nokia 6300 security code. is it possible 2 wipe it?? the imei is 355714029433148

The only way that I know to do it is to enter a code a few times- your phone should ask you for a PUK code; at that point, call your service provider, and they will give you the PUK code- you can enter a new security code at that point.
