U check,if this a smart tv,u have a Internet signal to the tv or the devices that help the tv to get the internet signal is there for the tv wright? Tries resetting ur modem like unplug power source to it like about ten minutes replug it again for power to cycle again.This should work,not might have to ungrade the firmware of the tv or reinstall or upgrade the Netflix App.

Is you tv connected to the internet? and do you have a Netflix account? But as you don't say what model your TV is I am unable to be more specific.

How do I set up my Panasonic TV?
Hit the Menu button on your Panasonic TV remote.
Select Network > Network Connection.
Select Wireless.
Select Wireless Network Settings.
Find your Shaw network name in the list of available networks and select it.
Enter your network password.

I use to be able to use my phone as a hot spot and it use to work now it just gives me the code 007

You can set up a Netflix account online from a computer. Once you have a Netflix account you would need a "Smart" TV to access Netflix. Your TV does not have the Netflix application... so you need another way to get Netflix, such as a game console (PS3/PS4/XBOX) or some sort of streaming TV box. It will connect to an HDMI port
