It appears the company that makes these doesn't have a formal Web presence, and recommends 'you contact the place of purchase' for help (or support material) if you need it. The owner's manual ... if you can find it ... had an 800 number to call for advice; I've had no luck in finding an online copy or even a link containing it, but you might Google if desperate.
From what I see, you press the up arrow until something like "Prog 1" is displayed, then set days and times following prompts. This is similar to many designs of home 'smart thermostat' and perhaps uses the same control logic.
