ok you hold the power key 40 second and you see the power light is stable now you find the device from your phone when you able to find the device you are able to pair the device using 0000 pair key.
Just wait for the battery to be completely drained-I did that to mine just now.after the battery is completely drained, I charged it, and it began functioning again.
hi i just had this problem what i did was make sure the nokia headset is turned off then turn it back on holding down the call answer button for 5 seconds untill the light on it flashes green then red which resets the headset then it should connect to the iphone mine didnt even need the passkey which is 0000 hope this works for you
go to the menu on your phone select manage connections turn on bluetooth then you'll see search listen, etc. position on search don't press yet
get your ear piece ready:
press the on button and hold it until you see a solid blue light (not blinking but solid) if it blinks try again until you get a solid blue light (it takes about 5-8 seconds) when that happens go to your phone and press search it will look for devices (it may find several)
look for your earpiece model and select it
it will ask for a code or passkey, type 0000. Then it's going to ask if you want to bond or pair click yes and it will connect
check on the connection manager again and your bluetooth should be on and connected.
Thanks sleekycupid.. Even i had a same problem just followed the steps you said. Step 1: Switch off the bluetooth device. Step 2: Charge the bluetooth device. Step 3: Then hold the device button till the green indicator blinks faster than normal. Step 4: Now try to pair the device from your mobile. Step 5: Mobile will ask you a passcode, press 0000 and enter.
You might not follow step 1 and 2. Just start from step 3. Enjoy!
