You don't need any special software.
The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or, despite what I said first, you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa ( http://picasa.google.com)

The camera is probably supported by default in Windows 7.
To find out if this is the case, you should try using Picasa to download the pictures off of your camera.
Picasa is a free download from Google and has many cutting-edge features for picture management. I think that you'll like it.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks for using FixYa and Happy New Year!

Hi,
This product is not compatible with Windows 7. The old drivers would not work, as they were intended to help with older versions of Windows. The only possibility is to contact Samsung and ask whether they have recently introduced any updated drivers for the same, though they are not available on their site.
Let me know,if needed further assistance.
Hope i helped you.
Thanks for using ' Fixya ' and have a nice day!!
Consider NOT connecting your camera to your computer.
