Change Boot Order for a Toshiba Satellite

• First of all, you need to switch off and then on your Toshiba Laptop.
• Wait until the "press the F2 key to enter Setup" message appears in the screen.
• To enter into the BIOS menu, press the F2 button.
• Navigate to BIOS tab labeled as Boot using the arrow keys.
• Now scroll down and find the Boot Priority option.
• Press the Enter button to check the list of the devices.
• Choose the device where you are looking forward to booting from.
• The devices can be "CD-ROM," "USB" or "LAN."
• Highlight the name and thus press the Enter button.
• Now scroll down the Exit BIOS menu and thus click on Save and Exit option.
• Hit the Enter button to save the changes and thus restart the system.
• Repeat the same procedure when you want to change the boot order again.

Normally when you power on your Toshiba Satellite laptop it attempts to boot the operating system installed on its hard drive.
