Callers can hear me but I can't hear them or tones - nokia B65. I can caal, and callers can hear me, but I can't hear them. I also can't hear key tones or any other sounds

i had this problem before
i changed the speakers placed on the top side
won't cost much though

If callers cannot hear you, you may have to replace or repair the mic. Since you can hear them, the speakers are working.

In most cases, the ring tone callers hear (incoming ring tone) is controlled by your cellular service provider.

Try this first: (On the Internet) Sign-in to your cellular account. On your account page, look for a link that directs you to your incoming ring tones (or similar). There, you can change your incoming ring tone.

If you're unable to do that, contact your cellular provider's Customer Support. They can assist you in changing your incoming ring tone.

Hi, You will need to replace the earpiece and the mouthpiece.

The earpiece makes you to hear callers when they call, and the mouthpiece allows the callers to hear you when you call.

When you replace the mouthpiece and earpiece,the phone will be normal again.

I have a Nokia XpressMusic 5130c2 phone. When someone calls me there is music that they are hearing instead of a ringer tone. How can I remove this & just for my incoming callers to get a normal ringer tone? Thanks

Sounds to me like a microphone issue. Try contacting the Cellular Dr./ Cell Phone Dr. , or Cell Phone Repair.com. They both do excellent work as far as cellular phones go. I am a Satellite Phone Technician, although I have done alot of Cell phone service and repair as well. Well i also use the same phone... but the feature to assign different ring tone for different user is not a feature that is a feature of this lovely phone from Nokia Inc.

Go to contacts.
Find the person you want a unique tone for.
Press MENU.
Goto CARD.
Choose RINGING TONE and browse for required tone.

Shortcut is to use Ctrl-R from the required open contact.
