Hey! Usually there are some video formats are supported by cellphone, such as 3GP, MP4, etc. So you need to turn your videos into the format supported by your cellphone. Since I have no idea about your cellphone you are using, I recommend you use this video converter for cellphone, and it can help you convert any video for various cellphone including iPhone, Blackberry, Samsung, Nokia, etc. You can free download this conversion tool here and have a try.

Dilandau - Video vs Audio result for downloading. Does it matter?

That depends on your cellphone. All smartphones are able to play mp3.
Most of the older cellphones play mp3 too. Just hook your cellphone to your pc (by using a cable or wifi) and load id on your cellphone.

There might be something missing with the drivers on your computer. You should try first reinstalling the HTC Sync software. If that does not work then try searching for a "driver" for your phone online. I have seen in forums that people have had a hard time finding the necessary driver, but maybe soon HTC will have an updated one available.
Hopefully just reinstalling the program will work though.
I wish you the best of luck and thanks for using FixYa!

Canonot play dlc from Rock Band 2 after return/repair of Xbox 360

I had this very same problem and after transferring the licenses I was able to play the songs again. This was ONE GIANT PAIN IN THE **** too. As for Microsoft Support, they do not do it because when you sent in your console for repair it did not have the hard drive, so it is up to the customer.

Good Luck

Connect MP3 player to cellphone

Can you be more specific:

Are you trying to play the cellphone through the MP3 player,
or vice versa.

If your goal is simply to transfer jingles and tunes, the best
way to do this is to use a computer. The Motorola phone has
USB and Bluetooth connectivity, see:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Motorola_RAZR_V3

With the right software, you should be able to transfer
songs and jingles between your PC and the computer.
(Check Motorola for downloads)

The same is true for the MP3 Player.

The only glitch you may find is the compatibility of
the two devices' media file structures.

You may need to download two separate audio file
converters:

Cellphone <==> Windows WAV format
MP3 player <==> Windows WAV format

Finally either (or both) devices may have built-in DRM
(Digital Rights Management) copy protection,
so you may need to download some hacker/ripper
software to recover the original audio.

Google for copy protection by brand name.

Hope this sends you in the right direction.
