Simply put, the speakers can't be changed on Yamaha keyboards. If you have blown the speakers then put the sound through an amplifier or HIFI speaker system - but you must be able to have an AUX cable and AUX on the HIFI for this to work. Sometimes it can also work by use of composite cabling too, depends really on what audio equipment you have.

Why there is no sound when i turn on the keybord?Display is ok.

Check with a small speaker or amp plugged in the back. If you can hear it then the jack in the back is probably not making contact. If no sound comes out there then the Audio Amp or it's circuity in the organ is more than likely to need repair.

I just bought 2 of the DSR 115 Yamaha speakers. One of them is NOW making a "light fluttering" sound from the woofer! Could this damage caused by my "Yamaha GQ 1031 b EQ"...

Don't mess with it and risk voiding your warranty. These are a servoed speaker and there is a problem with the feedback in it. Exercise your warranty immediately.

Need yamaha psr170 keybord manual and a/c adapter! can anyone help? was given to me, don't know if it works.

Click on the following link:

http://www.yamaha.com/yamahavgn/CDA/ContentDetail/ModelSeriesDetail.html?CNTID=2258&CTID=205000

If you then click on the "Resources" tab, you'll be able to download the manual. The A/C adapter you're looking for is the "Yamaha PA3B Power Adapter", which has now been discontinued. You can use an universal power adapter instead using these specifications:

Input: AC 120V, 60HZ
Output: DC 12V, 700mA
Polarity: Center Positive (+)

Hope this helps. If so, please rate. Thanks.

I Have Yamaha Electone HS-4. I already changer a fuse but i have no sound. Someone said, for change a fuse, i must change also a transistor or condensator? Help please. Thanks. [email protected]

the problem is the main output amp. It is an IC so it is better left to a tech to put it in. Just had the same problem with mine. Seems to happen when unit is left on overnight.

Yamaha 61 key keyboard midi usb connected but what next

Depending on what you want to do...

If it's only music Mixing, you will have to plug your keyboard via audio jack to the line in of your computer. Then Audacity (free soft) can do the job.

If you want to edit midi file with your keybord you will need midi editor software like Linux-Rosegarden or if under windows try LMMS (all free soft of course).

Good luck
