go to support page on casio. and get your manual. youll probably gonna look for a 3 or 4 digit number located at the back of your watch. once you got the manual. go to page 4. and follow the steps of "Hand Home Position Correction". that should fix it.
i also have ga 110c and i have encountered this issue
Hi, Obviously you need to roll the time 12 hours ahead. If the watch doesn't receive the Atomic signal properly at first, go to page three of your manual, and try doing it manually following the detailed procedures there.
Take the four-digit (3070) module number from the back of the watch, enter it, and download a PDF of your watch setting-instructions/manual.
I hope this helps you. Thanks, Bill
You need to manually adjust or set the hands to the home position as they are not where the watch thinks they should be. This can happen when you bring your watch close to a strong magnetic field. Look in the manual to do this. Afterwards your watch should set to the correct time.
advance the mode 6 times to H S mode and push left upper button till the digital time flashing, then push rigth doun or up buttons to advance, please read manuals
You can download the manual from the link below:

You need to input the four digit code from the back of the watch.
