go to iconservice.com they have free manuals and also you may purchase replacement parts there as well. Be sure to get your model number before going to the site to make it easier (lower frame of the machine)

When turned on it acts like the walking surface is grabbing.Itgoes and stops its not as bad when speed is increased,but it still feels like it is grabbing.
do a search. theres a free website that offers a free manual download.if the incline hardware is fine you should be able to lift it while its in its lowest setting of the floor. its got a rachet type that lifts the end of it making it less incline.
