the best way is that! there is a security code in the motorola set.... its 00000 or 11111..............try tht to open the fone and then remove the lock code!!

you will need to either take the phone and have it unlock or try online unlockitnow.com.

If it's an app lock (and your like me and forgot the password)

1.press menu (top button) and it comes up with security code and type in 000000.

2. in google type in Mobile Phone Unlocker and one of them will be a program that goes in your phone sys via USB and finds any passwords (you will also need to download MOTOL6 Driver insaller program from a google search.
