1. Open tray and remove any disks in tray.

3. Switch Off Player and unplug from power. wait 30 seconds (this clears RAM)
4. Reconnect to power.
5. Turn on player with remote.
6. Press ENTER on remote. (ignore message on screen)
7. Press 8, 4, 2, 6, 9 using keys on remote. (if your player is already set to region 2)
8. Press ENTER on remote.
9. Wait until player finishes processing. (approx 15 seconds)
10. Turn off power from remote.
11. Turn power back on with remote.
Player is now Region Free.

If hack work after the second ENTER player will power off automatic.
When power on again this was region free, I can confirm now read region 1, 2 and 4.

Hi,I've found this on another forum, and I'm considering buying a Z510 not sure what differnce there might be with Z510T...Check this out and if it works for u then I'll know I have the hack before I buy it, otherwise I'l go for another model...Hope it solves ur problems tooV I've tried in mine Z210T - should work as well in the Z510T and Z310T - and it works perfectly (originally region 4).

Your player is now region free. A word of caution is that you may have disc eject issues, in which case you will have to eject from the unit, or toggle the power switch on/off. This issue only arises if you have a particular chipset in your player (about a 20% chance).....good luck my friend.
Unplug your AC power cord for a minimum of 30 seconds to clear the RAM. The RAM is used solely for dvd class history, and clearing this should solve your issue.
If you want to convert your player to region free, which will allow you to play ANY dvd:
1 Disconnect your player from its power source for thirty seconds
2) Reconnect your player to its power source
3) Press the Power On button on your remote control
4) Press the Enter button on your remote control
5) Press the 8 button on your remote control
6 Press the 4 button on your remote control
7) Press the 2 button on your remote control
8) Press the 6 button on your remote control

10)Press the Enter button on your remote control
11)Your player should now place itself in Standby mode
