My dr 880 wont give any output

Hum is usually a bad ground, probably caused by a bad plug or jack

On the rear of the piano there will be two 1/4" jacks labeled Output Left and Right. One will be labled Mono as well. If you are using a stereo amp, use both, and if a mono amp use just the mono output. If your amp is a guitar type, connect a shielded cable with 1/4" phone jacks such as you'd use with an electric guitar from these jacks to your amplifier. If you are useing a home stereo amp, you will need a cable with 1/4" phone jacks from the piano to RCA phono jacks on the amp end.

are you running straight off your amp with head phones? Or are you using the headphone jack as a stereo output? if just headphones. check the cord for a volume control. very common these days to have that be there. if there isn't one, check your connection so it's tight. and there will be a master volume on your amp. feel around the back panel.. they tend to blend in

broken faders...bad muting fet on master buss, dirty insert jack on stereo buss...could be a lot of things, last drive stage to output, got hot neutral feedback on snake and blew the final stages...

Yes it's possible. I'm assuming you'd like to use the keyboard amp as a "monitor". In which case, take a 1/4inch TS (instrument cable) jack out of "Aux Send" into the input of your keyboard amp. Make sure the keyboard amp is turned up to a good level and that the Master SEND is turned up on the Desk.
Now you can make your own "monitor mix" for on stage use without effecting the F.O.H mix by turning up the aux pot (knob) on each channel you use.

You can use the CTRL ROOM output also, but make sure it's not giving a "Powered Output" from the internal amplifier in the mixer as you will damage the keyboard amp.

Contrary to what's posted above, the Marshall MG series does not pass the speaker power output through the headphone jack, and inserting the headphones into the jack does not disable the speaker. The headphone amp is a separate circuit and it's input is taken before the master volume. So Jan's post is exactly right. Turn off the master volume and turn up all the other gain/volumes as high as they will go. The other issue is that the headphone jack's output does not drive low efficiency headphones well, so you need some headphones similar to Sony's MDR-V700s to hear it well. Earbuds just don't cut it.

i have djx750 mixer, and i want to connect speakers to it,but the cable for the speakers are guitar jack leads and back of mixer are scart can i get a cable with guitar jack and scart on same lead??cheers
