Ivan say for sure without knowing your model number but it most likely does not have a reset button. Most have a thermal reset belt into he motor because it's cheaper than putting on a reset button.
Riccar uses an external thermal reset which is more reliable than most brands which use a thermal reset built into the motor. On your Riccar it will be on the back on the bottom left. It is a little tiny button that you epwill hear "click" when you push on it if it has been popped. If not it will not push in and you won't hear the click. The older models did not all have a reset button. If you have to keep pushing the reset it means that most likely you have a clog somewhere or the bag is full. It's rare but occasionally a thermal reset button may go bad and need replaced.
The reset button will not remain depressed after it's been pushed. Instead, you should hear and feel a click when pressed - it can help to use something like the eraser-end of a pencil. The steps are shown in our video guide below:
If you've been unable to reset the cleaner head after pressing the reset button as shown, or if you're worried the reset button isn't working correctly, please get in touch as we should be able to help you further.

In the manual is no mention of any reset button. What could it be you want to reset? If there is a defect, there is no such thing as a button that can undo that. Reset is used on computer (computerised systems) to reload a program from scratch. Even on a computer with a hardware error, a reset can't help. Here is the Dyson manual:
