You can do this manually throught he menu and using the volume/channel buttons to toggle to the choices. Go to the video menu and in there you will be able to adjust the display size.
My sound goes out on one station and none of the others. The only to get the sound back is to shut the TV off and then turn it back on. I suspect something was pressed on the remote, but I can't figure it out.
