Hi not sure if you have fixed this but I had the exact same problem and I managed to fix it. What i Did was Switch off the motor, remove light cover, Remove the Pc board. on the pc board there is a black wire this is the antenna wire. I removed this wire from the PC board and soldered a New longer lenght of copper wire to the board. put the PC board back and the light cover switch motor back on. My remotes now open and close the doors while I am Still sitting inside my Car :)

"Another reason is problems with the radio frequency of the remote control system used, some older systems use frequencies that are liable to interference from various sources such as police and fire department radios and military communications. The effects of this interference are many for example, the garage door may open and close on its own or the operating range of your remote control may become so poor you cannot open or close the door with your remote control even whilst standing next to it."

You are receiving interference from the digi door. You will have to return this unit and go with a different one on a different frequency. Chamberlain makes a clicker that would work well with that unit. Thanks BB

It sounds like your obstacle setting might be set too low and the friction of the door is causing the motor to stop. There are two white alan key adjustments on the side of the motor that can be adjusted to change these settings for the up and down sensitivity. If this does not solve your problem contact the Digidoor technical helpline on 2711 4749060, they will be able to assist you.

Garage door won't open.

The most common cause of this problem is the door sensors have been bumped and misaligned. They each have a small light that should be lit and not flickering. Tweak them until they are pointed at one another and the lights are lit.
