Sign into google/gmail and remove accounts - you need secure information to remove or delete accounts. Otherwise Gmail/Google will not delete them. Learned from past experience.

oh no come on its so simple to log into google go to your web browser type google in that web search Enter your Google Account username and password. If a username is already filled in and you need to sign in to a different account, click Sign in with a different account. If you see a page describing G mail instead of the sign-in page, click Sign in in the top right corner of the page. follwow this will help you https://accounts.google.com/SignUp Google
I am not sure what you are exactly asking. If you want to go to get mail on a web site, put the website address in and then the username and password. If you are wanting to setup email in a program on your device, you will need some information to put in:
incoming server name
incoming server username
incoming server password
is the password to be submitted in clear text or encrypted?
outgoing server name
outgoing server username
outgoing server password
Your email provider will be able to give you all this information to put in. It is likely on their web site.
You can fix this by going to where you log into google, hit remember password and it will send an email of your username and password to there.

Go to the face symbol at the top right of screen click on switch user and click on help. It should lead you through questions and then send you a link on your email so you can fix it.
Your title of the question says u lost your google user+pass? but the description talk about something else i notice, but to fix the google issue go to google to sign in then click FORGOT PASSWORD or USERNAME then u put in your email address and go from their, this will get you back into your google account, if the pad not working use another PC to do this. If the pad won't work google how to do system restore on ANDROID 10, or find the manual for your model and read how to do this. If you can get in i'd backup any important files first...save favourites/bookmarks if u need to or any profiles, as u may loose all apps and have to reinstall worst case...
As a first step I would visit the Google Account Recovery page and start with "I don't know my username" to try and figure out the username. Once you have the username you can then reset your password.
You'll need to do a factory reset: 1. With the device off, press and hold Volume
Up and Power.
2. Release the Power button
when you see the logo, but continue to hold Volume Up until
the recovery screen appears.
3. Use the Volume buttons to navigate the menu
and select wipe data / factory reset. Press Home to
choose the selection.
4. Press Volume Up continue.
This will reset you device to factory settings, however
anything on your SD card will still remain.
At this point you will need to start fresh as if you just
bought the device -- register with your email address, etc.
