SOURCE: my aunt recently bought

Kathryn Was the scooter working when she bought it? If the batteries were fully charged and now it won't charge then I would suspect the charger. If the scooter wasn't charged when she got it and won't charge then I would replace the batteries Hope this helps

I have a 4798255 Shoprider. When its fully charged it dies out and stops. What should I look at to repair or replace to get it going?

It sounds like the battery is faulty. Get it load tested.

It may be the controller, but check the battery itself and the connections to it.

Probably about 20 to 25 miles depending on the weight it is hauling and the inclines it has to climb. The 20-25 miles is on a level surface, no gravel.

Hi Aissa, you don't need to use a shoprider charger for your scooter as long as the connector( three pin ) is the same it will charge your batteries.

where about in Morocco are you ?

I need a new battery and charger and every where I have called either pushes me off to some plaace else that doesn't answer or a place never calls me back. Where can I get these items?

The type of batteries required by your scooter are 12volt 10 Amps, you will need two of them. They can most likely be purchased at any industrial battery store like Interstate Battery or Batteries Plus. For the charger, you will most likely need to contact Shoprider direct OR a licensed distributor of Shoprider products for that to make sure that the charger will fit into your scooter. Shoprider Mobility is 1-800-743-0772. Another company that sells Shoprider products and may be able to assist you is Marc's Mobility at 800-677-6293.
I hope this information is helpful- good luck!
