Im trying to find a way to charge the batteries themselves with the provided standard scooter charger with the male xlr 3 prong end. i was wondering can i make or buy a connection piece with a female xlr end split to two female 12 volt quick disconnect ends. the whole idea is to be able to bring the batteries in my house(which is easier for me) to charge so i dont have to have them connected to the scooter and bring the whole thing in the house. i wish i can post pics.

LOOK INSIDE THE FEMALE RECIVER AND MAKE SURE THERE IS NOTHING IN THERE. EVEN SOMETHING SMALL CAN MAKE IT SO THE RECIEVER WONT CLICK INTO PLACE

Check power at the 12volt outlet to insure that you power is on at the connection. Try using a 12 volt convertor in the house to check the cord used in the vehicle.

This sounds she has tripped her circuit breaker. It works just like the one on your house, when you ask too much of it it suddenly goes 'pop' and seems to be dead.
Looks like you have the same scooter as mine, it should be a little white button on the back of the base. If you follow this link, it will give you a pdf version of the older model pride victory manual, (Mine is a three, they are up to about 10!) See fig. 8 on page 20 and 'Circuit Breaker' on page 21. Also, Page 33 has the troubleshooting info. Hope this helps.
